Jubilee dance rehearsals
Year 5 has so much fun learning the cha cha slide for the Jubilee celebrations. We think you will agree that they were already performance ready in their rehearsals!
Write Inspired Day
We were really lucky to have the opportunity to take part in a Write Inspired day. The whole day was so much fun and the whole class created some amazing sculptures and poems, which will be displayed at an exhibition in Harlow. We will let you know when the location of the exhibition has been confirmed.

Our Science Topic this half term is Forces and Gravity. We are really enjoying the practical element of this unit of work. We are having great discussions and developing our scientific, enquiring minds.
Ukuleles
We are really happy to be continuing to expand on the ukulele skills that we learnt in Year 4!
RE- Muslim Prayer
In RE our focus religion is Islam and we are exploring the Five Pillars of Faith. The second pillar is Salah (Prayer) so we learnt the prayer positions/routine that Muslims do 5 times a day.
